The red kite at the Science Festival organised in Corsica
As part of the cultural-scientific event "Science Festival", promoted by the Collectivité de Corse, on 9 November 2021 at the Médiathèque U Animu in Porto Vecchio, Corsica, the CEN Corse association organised an information event dedicated to the island's "heritage" species and aimed at a wide audience. During the event, a stand and an information and play workshop on the LIFE MILVUS project were organised, dedicated in particular to younger participants and aimed at illustrating the biology of the species and enhancing its protection.
The educational workshop offered the opportunity to improve the children's and parents' knowledge, also thanks to visual and didactic supports. Participants were given colouring books, booklets and brochures on the red kite.
